Our
Inn is furnished with fine period antiques and exquisite art work
from many lifetimes of collecting. Each handsomely furnished room
has a private bath and cable TV. Even down pillows and duvets.
Most rooms have mahogany king sized sleigh beds. Ice buckets are
available for ice from our large capacity pure ice maker. Almost
every room is oceanfront with phenomenal views.
- Guests
are always welcome by advance reservations, which are recommended.
Prices are for single or double occupancy.
 Check in time is 3 pm to 6 pm, Check out time is 11:00 am. If you are planning to arrive earlier or later, please let us know so that we can make special arrangements for you.
- You
may rent the entire inn for your family retreat, corporate get
away or your special event. Please call us for details.
- Directions:
Take I-95 north to exit 24 and on to Route 1 north. Soon after
Wiscasset, take Route 27 South on your right into Boothbay Harbor.
Right after to Post Office, turn right on to Howard Street and
continue straight onto Sea Street, turn right on Commercial Street
and turn left onto Eames Road. We are at the very end directly
on the ocean.
Payment policy:
- Upon securing a reservation, there will be one night’s deposit applied to your credit card. For stays longer than two nights, a 50% deposit will be applied. Remaining balances will be processed upon checking in. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, MC, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Traveler’s Checks. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
Our Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival dates will result in a refund of your deposit, minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of your reservation will result in a forfeit of your deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival, No-shows, or checking out before the last day of your reservation will result in full room charge for the initial reserved length of stay. For longer stays some exceptions may apply.
- Charges are subject to a 7% state lodging tax.
- A two or three night minimum may be required, depending on holiday, season, current specials, or specific room choice.

2 nights - 20% off room rate
3 or more nights – 30% off room rate
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets, however, we can recommend a kennel in the area.
- Smoking is not allowed in the main house or Boathouse Cottage.
- Use of the refrigerator and microwave in the guest kitchen is permitted but use of the stove or oven is prohibited.
